10 more days to create your Email Time Capsule

Forbes.com, Yahoo Mail and Codeflix consulting have teamed up to create a reliable infrastructure for an Email Time Capsule. Emailing your future self is easy and not a new concept but the real problem is that if you are emailing yourself 20 years from now, how sure are you that the infrastructure is still there to send it. Anything can happen in 20 years. Just for the fun of it, I’ve written myself in the year 2010 and described what are my goals that I’ve hoped to achieved in 5 years time. I’ll be writing pinoytechblog.com also a congratulations message by 2010.

You only have until Nov. 30 to create your email time capsule. (sorry for posting this just now) Email yourself now in the future

This is cool. Ano kaya eemail ko sa sarili ko?

  • The appropriate question is, “ano kaya ang EMAIL ko 10 years from now?” 😀

  • i emailed myself last october pa.. i think they are conducting some sort of survey to know how geekies, techies, and nerdies (which is basically the target of that email capsule thing – opinion) can and will survive for the next 5, 10, 15, and 20 years.. my email is suppose to arrive at exactly 19 years, 10 months, and 17 days as i wriet this comment .. hopefully google is still up and still giving free emails by then..
