Global tech giant ACER has recently revealed the Predator 21X, the first ever 21 inch curved screen laptop at almost $9,000. The anticipated laptop was not the only thing they revealed at this years Consumer Electronics show though. This year they also revealed a revamped version of their Predator 17 X Laptop.
So the Predator 17X debuted last year with some pretty impressive specs, the 17.3 inch display with the 1920×1080 resolution. Then the graphics were powered by NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 with 8GB of dedicated GDDR5 VRAM. It had great visual but it was also very powerful.
It had the Intel Core i7-6820HK Quad-Core CPU to power it. Also, the system memory was at 32gb RAM and the hard disk drive was at 512gb SSD.
However ACER decided to top that and at 2017 the ACER Predator 17 X just got more powerful. The display is now a 17.3 inch G-Sync panel. The Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 GPU with 8G RAM now provides the graphics and, it has a system memory of 64gb RAM.
This is all powered by a Seventh-gen Intel Core i7-7820HK CPU. On top of that the Predator 17 X is cooled by an improved custom triple-fan cooling system with front air intake.
Priced at $2,599, roughly Php 130,000 the improved ACER Predator 17 X is Set to hit markets by January or February.
