ASUS ET2300 All-in-One PC gives you an articulating 23″ multi-touch display
All-in-One PCs with touchscreen displays are not a new thing but with Windows 8, we’ll be seeing more of these moving forward. One such example is ASUS’ latest AIO, the 23-inch ET2300 which can be folded flat to have a table top tablet in your home for the family to enjoy.

The ASUS ET2300 has a unique double-hinge design that allows it to be used as a traditional desktop along with the included wireless keyboard and mouse and an upright display, or as a digital canvas that folds flat parallel to the table. I’m sure there will be touch-based Windows 8 games made for this setup. Virtual Air Hockey anyone?

The 23” Full HD Display on the ET2300 has an IPS panel which can give you a wide 178° viewing angle making it an ideal shared entertainment PC for all family members.
It also comes with an array speaker and internal subwoofer using ASUS SonicMaster Technology. Sounds gibberish? This means you’ll get an expanded soundstage with immersive, cinematic surround sound. There’s also this futuristic-looking external subwoofer included that extends bass response by a full octave.

Powering the the ET2300 is a quad-core Intel Core i5-3330 processor with a standard 4GB RAM. Units that will be distributed here won’t come with discrete graphics and will have a generous 1TB of storage.
You won’t be left out when it comes to ports and connections as the ET2300 has 4 USB 3.0 ports, built-in multicard reader, slot-in optical drive, eSATA/USB combo port, Ethernet port, HDMI-out and HDMI-in so you can also plug in your consoles or media player and use this as your own monitor. It also features 802.11 b/g/n, a TV Tuner and supports Intel’s Wireless Display (WiDi) technology.

The ASUS ET2300 All-in-One desktop PC will be made available with an SRP of Php59,995 and already comes with a 3-year warranty with on-site service. This AIO PC will be available by the end of November.

Hello. This site helped me decide on buying the Asus N56VZ. On the matter of a space-saving desktop computer, its too bad that Asus has limited the options on this 23″ model. They have a TV tuner card (unlike the Samsung), but no discrete graphics. I wish Asus would bring in a model that will let me work a desktop computer when the family isn’t using it for entertainment purposes.
