  3. migs i think epldt owns 51% of airborne even if it’s tied up with other telco thru partnerships.

    jayvee ur right they are not available in the south i think.

    Airborne access’ Horizon plan is 8000 for starter pack and P6,500 for 1 year unlimited reload. So this is a bargain. BUT this promo is only for sky/bayantel dsl subscribers it seems. Sayang kasi unlimited siya and you can’t get it if your not a subscriber. Yun lang ang catch nya…

  6. i hate to say this,but this is proven,bayantel and dsl have a very poor service,i want you upgrade your service coz im fed up calling your office.from the very start we use this,i dont know how many times they sent the technician but still its failure.they will come today and following day it wont works.its been connected for more than 1month,but i didnt enjoy at all,to the point that every 2days the service has an error always.if for the next months it works the same then im planning to disconnect this service.im looking forward for your immediate attention.

  7. if im going to disconnect the dsl and retain the bayantel(landline)will i get fee for disconnection,or if im going to disconnect both,will i get fee too.I hope I will be given credit since the service is not good at all.and its been morethan a month.its a double jeopardy coz i spend more calling the office than to my regular expenses.I thought I could save having dsl but its a disaster coz every week it has an error and yet we dont use it every day.I got the plan which is less than 2000pesos so I could a better service butI was failed.I dont know whatelse to say to this company.Its a big mistake and big headache choosing this company.sorry for it.but this is the truth.

  8. Bayantel sucks! twice napalitan yung modem ko. Araw araw intermittent ung connection. 1 year na nga kaming subscriber walang paltos sa pag babayad ng bill, pero eto sumasakit ang ulo dahil sa negosyo ko pa nangyayari. Meron kasi akong internet cafe.

    Hi!
    I would really like to get the address where we can file a presidential complaint on your customer service department. I called up customer service for it but they refused to provide such information, in fear that I will complain against! And I will! I’ve been a client of bayantel from 2008 and I never had a problem with the service and even the customer service reps I spoke to before were so kind and helpful. Not until yesterday, i spoke with XYD PAJENAGO and his supervisor MARISS IBAY- They were completely rude and unhelpful! I lost my phone 4662720 and I would just like to request for a temporary suspension because I dont want to make payment for a fee which I did not use, I was Out of the country for a month and the phone was already lost before I went there, I was unaware about it. ALL I AM JUST ASKING THEM TO DO IS TO TEMPORARY SUSPEND IT FROM THE TIME I CALLED IN! I don’t understand why they refused to help me about it and kept on insisting for me to personally go to any branch and have it suspended. DAMN! That is not what I only do! What’s the purpose of the customer service toll# if they could not do such thing? IF THAT WOULD BE THE CASE, BETTER CLOSE THE CALL CENTER INDUSTRY AND LET ALL THE CLIENT VISIT THE BRANCH PERSONALLY!!!!!!! DAMN THEY! THEY WASTED MY TIME A LOT!!! The reasons they provided me were all BULLSHIT! I have other account for bayantel (4893966) and I lost that phone for 3-4 times! I don’t have any difficulty in requesting for a temporary suspension THROUGH PHONE!!!! I wanted those two agents and even the supervisor to receive action plan for it because I WILL BE TERMINATING MY ACCOUNT WITH YOU BECAUSE OF THEM! AND NOT ONLY THAT, I WILL DEFINETELY TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS, OFFICEMATES, SUPPLIER, RELATIVES, FAMILY ABOUT YOUR BAD BAD BAD POOR POOR SERVICE!

    Putanginang bayantel yan walang kwenta promise, please lang tanggalin nyo na to sa options nyo.

    • meron pa bang bayantel?ung upgraded dsl nila is only 70 kbp hahaha,mabilis pa ang dial up….and they do not have a hotline for complaints….4121212 and 4112000 is not existent na,it only rings lang or will give you a busy tone…very very very poor service!!!!!!!!magsara na kayo!!!!!!

    Bakit lagi nalang mahina ang internet connection ko, minsan pa nawawala yung signal.. Sana naman ayusin nyo ang serbisyo nyo, lagi naman ako nagbabayad on time, ang dami din ng kakulangan ng office nyo dito sa aming lugar sa Northern Samar. Please naman I ask your quick response to my problem kasi malulugi ako sa negosyo ko kung palaging ganito ang serbisyo nyo.

    bakit gnun ung internet connection ko…kya nga ako nag pa switch sa bayandsl kc ang bagal ng globe interrnet connection….and wifi with 1mb n nga ung bayantel ko mabagal prin….madalas magblink ung light ng dsl at nwawala din ung light ng internet…lagi ko nlng nirereport at pinupunthan ng mga contractor d2 sa haus…hagat maaari nga pinagbabawal ung mga stranger n makapasok ng bahay pra iwas nkwan…and last july lang ako npakabit ng bayandsl wifi.after 2 days my problem n agad…pkiayos nmn

    kinabit lng ung wifi umingay n agad ung phone ko…ano bayan syang lng ung ibabayad ko kung gnun din nmn ang connections..ang bagal n maingay p ung phone…wla nmng ganyanan..tpos ang tagal p ng lock in perriod..it means 18 months p ako mamomorblema sa bayandsl wifi ko….

    i guess this calls for one of those things where an Unlike Button is most appropriate, sure it may be working right now– but how they bamboozled my first day (supposedly) working at “home” on a home-based employment as a call center agent, it’s only fitting that i’d got all the right to say THEY SUCK, and it’s proper to announce that fact- so’s to make a little contribution to forewarn others.

    What’s that? I could get a legal summons for saying so? Wh-hell, I’d rather Sue their Ass !

    sad to say…& im sad tlaga..kc since 1996 p ang bayantel phoneline ko..although my problem tlga ang bayantel pinagtyagaan nlng nmin eversince…but now,last july 25 ngpkabit ako ng dsl,the ff day & still now..wla pring solution sa problem ng bayantel…imagine 5 technicians n ang pumunta d2 sa haus in 3wiks but still wla pring pagbabago…so im sori to me & to bayan company…kc f d p rin msosolutionan ang problem line ng bayan company(phone & dsl)..both lines ko im sure ipapa-permanent disconnect ko nlng….so pls prioritize us..
