The Blackberry Storm is the first full touch screen phone coming out from RIM. This is in response to the growing demand for touch screen smartphones after the iPhone 3G was first announced. Research in Motion did not hesitate to develop their own version and hopefully this would prevent BB users from switching.

Specs include:
Touch Screen Navigation
480 x 360 pixel color display (with light-sensing screen)
1GB onboard memory
128 flash memory
up to 16GB storage via microSD
RIM wireless modem
CDMA/Ev-DO
UMTS/HSPA
Built-in GPS
3.2 MP camera with video
Bluetooth
In the US, the Blackberry still tops the list of most wanted phones, capturing some 26% of total phones in the market. The Blackberry Storm could help RIM retain the top spot.
