  • I think that a lot of the phones manufacturers try to push should come standard with a suite of premium games that can easily be deleted if the user doesn’t like them. Too bad this promo is just temporary though, but hey, it’s 40 games from EA for crying out loud.

    I agree.

    Good move from Nokia.

this is good but why are they putting these games into the asha? asha buyers didn’t buy their phones for gaming. sana sa mga high-end symbian nila binigay ito.

    • These are supposed to be competing with low-end androids like that Galaxy Y. Those games are prob’ly to help them eat into that market share.

I just bought a Nokia Asha 306 2 weeks ago. For the 40 EA games, i’ve tried using Sun, Smart and Globe to download it but it doesn’t work. It’s a waste because it only has a 60-day period to download the games you want for free. Can anyone tell me how?

The Nokia PH website states it only works with Smart and Globe. Indeed it did not work with my Sun prepaid card, but it did work without any problem when I put in my Smart postpain card.
I wonder if it will work with Smart prepaid… did you try prepaid cards only?

I’ve bought new asha 305 in Thailand. And when i open the games gift, i didn’t realized that it needs internet connection when i accepted the icon and only have 60 days to download the games. My smart no. is currently in roaming mode. can i still download the games even in their local sim card provider? i only have 50 days to go. 🙁 Thank you
