Fasttrack leverages IBM SmartCloud to improve customer service quality
Fasttrack Solutions Inc., a software and consultancy services firm based in the Philippines, has selected IBM SmartCloud Enterprise to provide its clients with a more stable and secure enterprise resource planning production environment for financial management, human resources and customer relationship management operations.
Fasttrack offers business solutions to large enterprises as well as small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Fasttrack was looking for a cloud service that would reduce their downtime for client production environments, while providing them with proper back up services. Fasttrack selected IBM SmartCloud Enterprise for its stability, security and improved response time for the SAP Business One application.
With SmartCloud Enterprise, IBM was able to provide a way for Fasttrack to continue delivering services to its clients without disruption and within a stable environment. As a result, Fasttrack has migrated its customers’ SAP Business One production environment to the IBM SmartCloud Enterprise public cloud.
