Actually did the integration work for this company w/ Globe and youd be surprised at the volume of sales/customers they have. Anyway its a good day when we can start seeing these services trickle down to the massess…

It will say something like: “SM1234 wishes to bill you P1234.50. Reply with your m-PIN to confirm. No response in 5 minutes will cancel the transaction. Reference#54321″

The G-Cash user replies to the message with his/her m-PIN.

Different partner merchants transact differently. Try searching “G-Cash” in my Technobiography archive, I have many examples there.

My best advice: Try it yourself. You’ll understand it a lot better if you yourself do the transaction.

you can talk to a g-cash business dev
representative. they have an api to
the e-wallet that might fit your
needs.

the other workaround is via a merchant
sim connected to a gsm modem. or
if its for testing purposes, a regular
g-cash registered sim.

hi. ramil gave me your blog site. me questions kasi ako regarding G-Cash. We’re developing an application that has an interface with G-Cash and since no one in the team actually uses G-Cash, we are not sure what exactly happens with G-Cash during transactions.

My question is, what is the usual message that the subscribers receive when they receive the message asking them to confirm their purchase thru G-Cash? And how do they tell the system that they approve the transaction?
