mates i have an iphone 3g and i have been to the costumers and all i hear is that i can’t activate an 3g since i dint buy from globe the iphone..and that really pisses me off i mean this globe got iphone just a month back and r we supposed to wait until then total crap wel guys can u please help me in activating my unit to 3g i will really appreciate it thanks

I have updated my iphone to version 2.2.. It asked for activation inserting my sim card (Globe) but it appears to say that it the sim card inserted is not a carrier. How come this happens?

Apple is clever in doing the blocking thingy. But am sure Pinoys will always find a way around it.

It would be interesting if Smart will also carry the IPhone 3G. I love competition. It benefits us consumers.

I have an iphone 2g 16gb which is an open line which i have bought in UAE, when I went for a vacation in the Philippines it work with a pre-paid sim from Globe. How come iphone 3g is said to be block by apple if bought outside the country. Is this mean that iphone 2g is exempted from being block by other network compared to iphone 3g?
