Kung halimbawa nasa province ako (laguna) tapos dahil ang gusto kong tawagan ay puro sa pangasinan lang, pwede ba akong mag register na lang sa pangasinan? sakop ba un ng offer ng superduo? thanks

Kung sa Manila ka registered at dinala mo sa cavite useless na yan pang tawag sa Manila. Pag ginamit mo pang tawag sa Manila macha-charge ka na ng long distance. Nangyari na sa akin yan, almost 3 hours yung call ko kala ko free yun pala hindi. Nagcomplain ako sa customer service sabi nila valid charges daw yon kasi wala daw ako sa Manila. At kung gusto ko daw free ang tawag ko sa iba, sa super duo numbers din ako tumawag. E anong use non, pwede naman sa globe cellphone na nila ako tumawag kung may super duo din sila. Pano kung landline talaga ang gusto kong tawagan diba? and PLDT landline!

Thanks, but I’m interested of the calls to Globe landline nos. in the province, as my contacts in the province have Globe landline phones. Can I call them using Super Duo free of charge?

Super Duo when activated can call all Globe numbers including TM’s for FREE, plus all landline where you register your Duo.. if you registered it in Manila, all landline in Manila are local calls..

I’m in Manila. Can I call Globe landline nos. anywhere in the Philippines (Cebu, Dumaguete or Bacolod) through Super Duo free of charge? And vice-versa: can they call me free-of-charge using a Globe landline?

I had visited Globe in Robinson’s Ermita, and they told me I could not (so vice versa is not possible either). I’m confused because to my understanding, this would be a regular Globe landline to Globe landline (Super Duo) call, which is free. Globe landline to Globe landline is free now.

Plz help! Thanks much!
