Infinity Blade III now available, gets a new character and new game features
Infinity Blade, arguably the best mobile game that never made it to the Android platform, is now on its third run. This swipe-hungry hack-and-slash game from Chair just arrived in the App Store for $6.99.
Infinity Blade III is the final piece of the trilogy and aside from playing the hero Siris, you can now also play his stealthy female warrior-thief companion Isa. Each character will have three unique combat styles and tons of fantastic weapons and items.
The game also features eight distinct worlds including the previous one from Infinity Blade II so there’s more beautiful scenery to explore and enjoy. Developer Chair says that more worlds are likely to appear as downloadable content.
Previously, it’s all about hacking your way to get better gear but this time around, you will have access to a Blacksmith, Gemcutter, Potionmaster, and and Merchant to further trick out your character. There’s also new goals and achievements for you to unlock to earn Chips you can spend on keys, maps, prize wheels, and other rare items.
The game is compatible with the new iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4, iPad 4, iPAd 3, iPad 2, iPad Mini, iPod touch 5 and iPod touch 4.
