Good news for those of you who are waiting for the Lenovo IdeaPad S10 to hit the shores. It’s finally out in the market (arrived last Monday, 9/29) and by checking PC Corner, it comes with a sweet price tag of Php 23,999 (1GB) or Php 24,999 (2GB).

s10

Here’s the rest of the configuration:

  • Intel ATOM Processor N270 Single Core ( 1.60GHz 533MHz 512KB )
  • Windows XP Home SP3
  • 10.2″ WSVGA AntiGlare TFT Display
  • 1GB DDR2 SDRAM 667MHz
  • 160GB SATA
  • 1.3 MP webcam
  • Bluetooth
  • WiFi b/g
  • 3 Cell Lithium Ion

As of this writing, there are only 2 units left in PC Corner. They said only the white version arrived so if you’re conscious about the color, wait for the next shipment for a black or a pink one. To those who were able to grab one of these quickly, congratulations for a smart purchase! Handling one of these makes the MSI Wind a bit cheap to the touch.

I dropped by Lenovo showroom in megamall 2 days ago and heard a customer inquiring about the smallest laptop they have. The sales person showed him the black S10. I’ll be checking on it later if they still have the black.

dropped by at megamall and only saw 1 of these (i forgot the name of the store but it’s near forty winks) for 27k (white).

pccorner in megamall doesn’t carry this. i think mabenta talaga since ubos na rin yung sa villman sa megamall.

I hope there’s an option for NO WINXP. At least MSI Wind is 5,000 less if you bought it w/o an os. Luckily, i have a genuine windows serial i found on the internet so I don’t have to worry about WGA.

I am very excited about the pink and the black color. Lenovo is one of the best company for laptops. This model has amazing features. I am also excited about S12.Lenovo IdeaPad S12 has a 12.1 inch screen, very light weight and available in black and white colour.Lenovo IdeaPad S12 looks very stylish. The keyboard is very comfortable. The battery life is longer than most of the laptops.
