Manfrotto Launches Manfrotto BeFree and Manfrotto 190 Tripods

ThinkDharma, Philippine distributor of Manfrotto, Gitzo and National Geographic photography gears and bags has just launched the Manfrotto BeFree and Manfrotto 190 tripods.

A compact and lightweight tripod perfect for traveling, the Manfrotto BeFree weighs 3.09 lbs and has a load capacity of 8.82 lbs. When folded, BeFree measures 13.39 in and 56.69 in when extended (48.43 in with center column down).

Aside from sporting a sleek premium Italian design and finishing, the Manfrotto BeFree is also sturdy having an aluminum body and ball head. The Manfrotto BeFree has new patented leg selectors which enables the tripod to be set to two different inclinations.

Manfrotto 190

The higher-end Manfrotto 190 series presents a more classic look. With models fit for hobbyists to pros, the new Manfrotto 190 series has more advanced features and comes in aluminum and carbon fiber.

The Manfrotto 190 features Quick Power Lock legs for faster setup and adjustment time. It also has 90 degree column mechanism which can be used vertically or horizontally. The new Manfrotto 190 also includes an Easy Link which allows accessories like led lights and reflectors to be attached to the tripod.

The Manfrotto BeFree has an SRP or Php 11,590 and the high-end Manfrotto 190 is priced at Php 24,290.
