Just a short background, its now the 12th day and eversince the 1st, I have always gotten lied to by the agents always getting promised a callback and any other bullshit usually beginning with "I understand your concern" just to get rid of me..Until now I have no clear idea what they intend to do or even if i'll get back service? The agents including the "higher technical group" are just plain useless and full of BULLSHIT! I appreciate their efforts, but they just have poor training.. By the way, a week before I lost my service, I just had my long term problem of consistently getting SLOOW service, sometimes as low as 30kbps to none at all fixed.. Oh well, at least I was satisfied for one week.

I promised them something which I intend to carry out. I personally threatened to produce 100 lost signups.. This is actually easy as an average person has hundreds of contacts, not to mention my family members who hate the service with passion as much as I do. The fact that as I do meet a lot of connected people so maybe I lied a little and really intended to sabotage at least a thousand possible applicants ;-)... Guys its our moral responsibility to show these companies the consequence of fucking with us and to prevent others from experiencing the same repetitive ordeals we have and will have until we find greener pastures. If we just commit in getting our stories out there, people are more than appreciative of the warning. Instant rapport builder right there! We are not lying or doing disservice to anyone by Negative Marketing PLDT DSL/Meridian/Smart-WiFi. Were just telling it like it is! Were just providing timely and factual information from our pained experiences to new subscribers who are too gonna suffer, unless they know what theyre getting into/

Just some suggestions, which I am actively doing as we speak. Create a brief Ad-copy or text of your story and copy and paste them in any and all Blogs, Forums, Email lists and link them back here. It convinces them more if they can validate the presented information and to proove beyond resonable doubt that signup up with us= Pain and excruciation, that is the NORM and not an isolated incident lang. People tend to believe things that are "social proofed", or validated by others. You could also create a "signature" in your email so all your emails includes the message and the link.

Leverage your contacts to help your Negative Marketing efforts. If you provide your contacts enough compelling reasons to "broadcast" for you, they will. Better yet, ask them to recruit others as well.. Multi-Level Negative Marketing! Sell them the idea. Paint an evil picture of the target companies and communicate the emotions of your ordeal. Everyone wants to help the victim get justice while helping to destroy the BIG BAD WOLF!

This might be weird for some of you, but I do them anyway. Print some sheets that emotionally convey the highlights of your ordeal; spread them everywhere. Its like a businesscard of sorts or brochure, kinda like campaign materials..

These suggestions are directed towards direct sabotage of incoming customers so they signup elsewhere. Writing the NTC and others are designed to tap the Authorities to affect the company, also do that..

We are basically attacking the various Infrastructure elements and others you can exploit. I am not directly suggesting this, but when I was working at AT&T(same uncaring attitude of our DSL company), there was a concerted effort from a group of hackers (we never found out) who overloaded the customer service hotlines for two days, by having hundreds or maybe thousands of calls come in at the same time..Worldwide stations were incapacitated, especially ours coz some Trojan or virus got in and downed our systems.

I can imagine an advertisement of some bogus product or service directed at the CS numbers can do this? Massmailing or E-mail bombing perhaps has the same effect on that communication channel? Im sure you guys can come up with more and better ideas.

Parents generally want their kids to get stable, possibly high-paying jobs. And being a netrepreneur is far away from being stable.

Well, some parents want their kids to get the high paying jobs. Hopefully the Netrepreneur route will be "high paying" for more people.
