those china phones comes w/ a 1year replacement warranty..anytime ur phones have a problem u can demand for a replacement.. Consider this also.. almost everyone knows how terrible Nokia (doesn’t) Care is.. even the distributors and resellers of original nokia phone is really pissed at their after sales / Nokia (doesn’t) Care.

2nd is the writer of this news stupid! Have he seen the warranty sticker that he is saying. its a cheap and plain sticker with a print 12months warranty. And who said its tamper proof. HELLO!! it can be easily removed and stick again.

maybe nokia should come up with some measures on how to detect if its original or fake…anyway another way to check if its legit nokia is try to retrieve serial of phone by press *#06# and then compare it on the box. then *#0000# to check version and model as well as the manufacturing date. again you can verify it on the box.

Another view of the press release. Nokia Philippines has been receiving many complaints. You can see this message board which I found after I was “victimized” recently by Nokia Philippines, http://pinoydvd.com/board/index.php?topic=65450.msg681958#msg681958
So, the press release can be an excuse from Nokia’s unfair practices.
