Nursing Exam Results Overload Inquirer and PRC

The much awaited results of the December 2006 Nursing Exams came out today. This overloaded the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and even INQUIRER.net which hosts a copy on its results page. The PRC is totally down, while INQUIRER.net slowed down and is unable to serve the results PDF file. This is only 1.6 MB.
Fortunately, some people made a mirror copy, like here.
Events like these cause a Digg-type effect - what more with a lot of people anticipating the results.
