Woah! It's awesome to hear that BES can now be availed at no charge!

I was looking for a Microsoft Exchange alternative and I found Google Apps for Domains. I tried it out and it worked well until I figured that it does not sync the same way Microsoft Exchange syncs with Blackberry phones plus Google Apps for Domains doesn't have 'notes' support. On the bright side, they have this marketplace where you can get some free third-party applications that syncs with your Google applications. ie. Mail Chimp

I also found out that Microsoft is now offering a cloud-based Microsoft Exchange hosting called Office 365 at a very low price of $2-$27 USD per user per month ($6 for the 'small business package'). A bit pricier than what Google Apps for Domains offers (from free to $50 per user per year) but offers better (or the best so far) synchronization with the secure BES.

I believe that combining the free BES and the Office 365 will be unbeatable.
