Samsung introduces the Champ
Here’s another cheap, sub-Php5k phone to further convince you to switch to a touchscreen mobile phone experience. The Samsung Champ (GT-C3303K) is designed for mobile users who are ready to switch to touch technology without breaking the piggy bank.
The Samsung Champ has a 2.4” full touch display on its compact body. Its main screen features an extended 3×3 widget menu format with options for clock, calendar, shortcuts, and my buddies. It comes with a built-in FM Radio and also makes a great MP3 player with its support for up to 8GB microSD. As for apps, you can download java applications straight from Samsung Apps.
With a stylish and ultra compact design, the Samsung Champ is a portable solution for users who will no longer need to sacrifice design for rich features. The device also has a curved form factor and comfortable grip and consumers can choose from a variety of colors: deep black, espresso brown, sweet pink or chic white.

i already saw this one when i was in MRT and it’s great. a touchscreen below 5k? who wud thought? (^^,) it’s definitely a must have!
just got one yesterday and i so love it, even if it’s not wifi ready i don’t really mind coz i can still surf on the net since my sim’s on a postpaid plan. it’s a great phone–pretty cheap for a touchscreen but definitely worth buying =D

with doubts at first, i bought this phone last week at 5th ave. for only P4.700. (great buy instead of a china touch phone thi one got my attention) this phone i so great from its price you have more features, actually the hotkey for txt messaging is located in the keypad button on the front, there is a mail icon there. 2 buttons presses and you can txt already. this is a good music phone because of its 2 speakers in the front, 1 touch lock, radio timer( good when your listening on the radio before you sleep, it will automatically turn off on your desired time). Mp3 Player and wireless FM radio and recording, the vest part is also the CUSTOMIZABLE 7 page widgets on the front and Mp3 message tone like in Nokia phones. good buy!

Whoa i really enjoyed this phone.I’ve installed some Java games sent over the bluetooth then i installed 240×320 games that are less than 499 kb, i’ve removed the default games coz u need to buy it. the Rayman and Paris hilton game works fine.

I’m planning to buy one but my concern is the text tone… Can you actually use the whole song as the text tone? Cuz the Lg ice cream I have only lets the song play for ten seconds >_<
Hmm why would you want the whole song to play out whenever you receive a text message. a 10-second tune is already too much for text messages. i didn’t try it during my review so just assume that it won’t?

I want to have it. Can’t wait for Christmas.. Hope my parents give my aguinaldos to me as soon as December comes out. It’s gonna be my first touch phone. I’m really looking forward, that I wont lose this phone someday in the future.

if i were u iwill not buy this cellphone cuz it didnt supports the other file type like if you make vids. from windows movie maker the file type that the windows movie maker makes is WMV type it didnt suppors in this phone
