Samsung Intros Two New Galaxy PRO Tablets

Samsung today introduced two new tablets from its Galaxy PRO line, the Samsung Galaxy Note PRO 12.2 inch and the Galaxy Tab PRO 8.4 inch tablets.

Both new Galaxy PRO Series tablets feature slim and portable design perfect for people on-the-go. Both tablets offer clear and vibrant viewing experience with a high resolution WQXGA (2560 x 1600) display, perfect for both entertainment and business use. The 12.2-inch Galaxy PRO tablet has a Multi-Window feature allowing users to open four app windows at the same time.

Samsung has also introduced a new productivity application, the Hancom Office suite allowing users to create, edit and access documents, spreadsheets and presentations using the Galaxy PRO line.

Both the Samsung Galaxy Note PRO 12.2 and Galaxy Tab PRO 8.4 have the same faux-leather back covers as the Note 3.

The Samsung Galaxy Note PRO 12.2 inch has an Octa-Core (1.9GHz Quad + 1.3GHz Quad) processor, 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM and a MicroSD support of up to 64GB. The 12.2 inch tablet measures 204 x 295.6 x 7.95 mm and weighs 750 g. It has an 8 MP rear camera, 2 MP front camera and a 9500 mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab PRO 8.4 inch has a 2.3 GHz Quad Core processor, 2GB RAM, 16 GB RAM and microSD support of up to 64GB. The Galaxy Tab PRO measures 219 x 128.5 x 7.2 mm (H x W x D) and weighs 331 g. It has 2 MP front camera, an 8 MP rear camera and a 4800 mAH battery.

The Samsung Galaxy Note PRO 12.2 inch tablet is now out in the market with an SRP of Php 36,990 while the Samsung Galaxy Tab PRO 8.4 inch tablet will start rolling out this April with an SRP of Php 18,990.

  1. Two great tabs from Samsung! Yeeey! But I’d prefer the Note version. It’s more handy and it really fits my on the go lifestyle just like the LG G Pro pad of LG. More convenient to carry. :)

    imagine how technology improves as time goes by. This is superb!!! Samsung tablets is one of the best but one of my friends told me that it’s battery life is not that too long,when I ask him what brand has a long lasting battery life,he said LG. Now,I’m confuse. Samsung tablets or LG tablets??? hmmmm.
