Samsung launches the Galaxy S3 Mini, will be available starting Feb 2

The Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini looks simply like the smaller version of the Galaxy S3. Although not that useful on a 4.0-inch screen, the S3 Mini also has Pop Up Play which allows you to play a video anywhere on your screen while simultaneously running other tasks.
