They don’t actually present solutions to our concerns. Also, sobrang bagal to the point na maiisip mo hindi sulit ang subscription mo for iPlan. This is based form my experience. Buti 6 months na yung iPlan ko so papacut ko na at rather go for Globe or Smart prepaid internet.

  • Ung po mga CSR nila wala naman talagang alam yang mga yan when it comes with technical aspect. They just reading scripts.

Super true! Customer service ng Sun, mapa hotline o sun shops, kulang sa training, kulang sa seminar, worst customer service that I experienced, imagine yung agent pa may ganang mag raise ng voice nung magreklamo ako why they cut off my 1 month unli call and text subscription on the 6th day, I spoke to a supervisor and I got same crap answer, what’s ironic, you pressed 1 for english and you got an agent who speaks in tagalog and wrong pronunciation pa pag mag english, googel, noodel, cirkel, attention sun! Train your people well, wag yung nagbabasa ng script, sorry for the inconvenience sir, no worries, gagawan ko po ng report, pathetic!
