VoIP in the Philippines
Like a typical Filipino abroad, one of the first in my list when I moved away was to look for options on how to keep in close contact with my family and friends… minus the burned holes in my pockets. To call direct from Germany using T-Online would have been affordable. That is, if I only called once a week, a few minutes at a time. And with T-Online’s rates, we would have only lasted until “O Kamusta ka na?”
Yahoo chat was an option that I used for some time. However, more often than not, we always ended up using the chat board due to our frustrations with all the crackling sounds and disconnections.
Thank God VoiP entered the picture.
VoIP or Voice Over Internet Protocol has made it possible to make a free (or low-cost, depending on the options you choose) phone call using the internet. Indeed, a manna from technology heaven.
As defined by Wikipedia, “VoIP (also called IP Telephony, and Internet telephony) is the routing of voice conversations over the Internet or any other IP network. The voice data flows over a general-purpose packet-switched network, instead of the traditional dedicated, circuit-switched voice transmission lines.”
There are several companies offering softphones or VoIP technology, targetting millions of Filipinos abroad and their families back home.
Join me as I (along with the other authors here) review the different VoIP providers available to Pinoys all over the world.
Heck, last I heard, even PLDT wants to join the fray.

why would pay 25$ for a philippine number a month when you can have a US number for free in the philippines hindi ba parehong number lang yon ?
Filipino staying abroad can try out skype with rates Philippines€ 0.161,Philippines – Mobile € 0.202 ,Philippines-Cebu € 0.161 ,Philippines-Manila € 0.161 ….I m feel skype cheaper as I do make calls to my brother in australia at € 0.017….u can check out the website…www.skype.com
Hi jun_i, i am interested. Will my family in the Philippines get a US number? Can they call any number in the US (landkune and cellphone). Will i be able to call them as well?
can you call me at (201)931-5337 to discuss?
thanks
Hi Rox_anne pasensya na ngayon lang ulit ako nakabisita sa site doon sa inquery mo …Yes your family here in the philippines will have a USA number for free I can even provide you with multiple USA number the only catch is HINDI pwede mamili ng state kung libre option(Washington ,Iowa, NewYork )you can call them any time pero sila hindi nakakatawag sayo….Now beside the free dedicated landline number you will also have an internet number or what we call a global number ,..Now this number is more important because with this number you could be anywhere in the USA or anywhere in the planet pag doon sa lugar mo may gateway access number makakatawag ka from any phone(landline or cellphone) to your familys internet number….its like calling a PABX system with a local extension iyon nga lang global ang application kahit nasaan yung internet number na tinatawagan mo kaya mong matawagan ito and the best part is calling using the gateway access is free fro the caller and the callee iyon ang mga secret na itinatago sa atin ng malalaking telco and its all legal…..now if you say “ay ako lang ang pwedeng tumawag sila hindi” dont worry beside all the freebies the main function of the devise (voip gadget) is to provide you with with multiple account registry so if you feel na dapat may capability yung family mo na makatawag sa USA or any country for that matter we can program another voip service provider on your second line built within the devise ….its like line 1 >>your free system and on line 2 your pay call service the good part is with the devise your not tied to a minimum contral with a voip service provider for 1.1/2 year because you ll be registered as a Bring your own devise plan and you can terminate your voip account anytime and transfer it anywhere else (some voip company give you a 1 month free call anywhere, if not happy with their system you can cancel no question ask) for inquery you can call my california number 1-213-8050570 or my seattle number at 1-206-2036549
Hi,Anne wanna try 24.99 from OPENTONE, you can use any land or cell from U.S./Canada to Phil. And it’s a two way unlimited calling.
well try it!!!
As long as all parties have computers and broadband internet, Skype is the way to go. I do weekly videoconferencing with my family in Manila from SF with better sound quality than with land line phones (and I get video too). My friends and I also do conference calling without any problems ( 4 parties).
My friend here in SF brough back a vonage box for his non-tech savvy mom in Manila. So now his mom has a US based phone no. (which he pays for here).
So yes, there are options. non of them totally free but most of them cheaper than the regular per minute charges of the telcos.
YMMV
My mom lives in Davao City and she would love to call everyday. We would love to keep in touch more. I sent her a vonage system that she will hook up on dsl. That means if she calls me there’s no long distance right? On the other hand, if I call I get charged for long distance. is this right? Should I get a VoIP from Global to save money. Really confused. The number for Vonage is a local number for me. Need clarification
Marie, try the two way unlimited calling from OPENTONE COMMUNICATIONS, http://www.opentonecom.com,why vonage? from OTC, same price and somebody will assist you and could answer all your questions.OTC the best Voip Philippine provider. For only $24.99.

Marie,
You shouldn’t be charged for long distance when you call your mom as long as her U.S. number is a local number for you. I also use vonage to call my family back home and it works perfectly fine. Hope this helps.
1) lock in period sa contract
So,Jun,anong advice mo? what’s youre point?gusto naming makaroon ng monthly fixed rate and having a convenient way of calling, even we’re on the road. There’s always in return no matter what and that’s what we are paying for.I don’t use skype, because it’s not convenient,I used to have vonage, but they don’t have the responsility,if you bring the box outside the U.S./Can and I’m paying more than $24.99.Tungkol sa mga ahente, at least somebody provided them a descent job.
OXO my advise ??? bili ka ng VOIP devise have it comfigured by somebody else kung hindi ka nakakaalam sa voip comfiguration// tell the person who will comfigure your devise to use a free voip account DAMI DYAN as of counting sa isang site mga more than 20 na ata USA pa lang (dont be comfuse yung iba may option ka na free yung iba may bayad select yung free!!) tapos get a free land line number (ipinamimigay lang iyon sa USA)have it forward to your voip internet account para yung mga kamaganak nyo ,ordinary phone lang gamit para tumawag sa inyo (incomming)ngayon kung gusto nyo incomming outgoing anytime kayong dalawa (meaning yung nasa abroad) dalawang unit ng voip devise gamitin nyo// you can even buy a voip with FXO port para lahat ng tao sa america or where ever ay makatawag sayo at lahat ng nasa pinas makatawag din doon sa bansa na kinabitan mo ng devise mo….
ABOUT DOON SA COMMENT MO ABOUT “ahente” hwag na tayong pa cute lets call a spade a spade kung ahente ka iahente mo yung produkto mo ang problema marami akong nakikita na tread sa iba ibang forum na testimonial kesyo magaling yung ganitong service or product eh ang totoo spamming yung ginagawang testimonial nung tao para i promote yung produkto nila ayaw pang aminin …..O yung tatamaan kung meron man ….,pumiyok may itlog
question po..please help…pano nag wo-work ang vonage dito sa phil? how much ang rate? do i need a dsl? or internet connection ? pls. help me…tnx
Jun,thanks,I could do it the way told me,but is that thing work para sa kapatid ko sa Saudi?
. . . Pero hindi ako ahente and we’re aware of spamming, alam na namin ‘yun. It’s part of promoting their company.Though walang nakakatulong at wala pa akong nakikitang product na would answer my needs.
OXO YES it will work in Saudi kailanggan lang ay marunong mag comfigure yung kapatid mo in Saudi ng ROUTER any router that can DHCP (domain Host Comfiguration Protocol)yung router gagana yung VOIP kahit dynamic, static, PPPoE or what ever klase ng IP na pinamimigay nila sa broadband nila gagana ang VOIP
if your VOIP devise has a built in router mas mainam// provided na yung kapatid mo na mag cocomfigure nung router setting from the devise ay hindi gagalawin yung setting ng voip account mo in the devise// sigurado walang magiging problema
I would like to inquire for options for voip hk and manila.
Pwede rin bang dalhin ang phone if punta sa ibang pang bansa maliban sa hk and pinas?
Thanks.
ADO regarding voip hk and Manila or any other country…ganito iyon //yung voip account at yung connection mo sa internet magkaiba iyon //hindi kasing simple iyon ng isasaksak mo lang yung voip to your internet connection tapos may voip dial tone ka na //kailangan muna na registered user ka ng isang voip provider maging FREE or PAY account yung subscription mo //ngayon pag nakapag registered ka na at may account ka na yung setting nung voip provider kailangan na i configure doon sa voip devise mo or softphone program mo //the last thing na kailanggan mong gawin ay mag comfigure ng router sa broadband mo //iba ibang broadband iba ibang setting kaya dapat marunong kang mag comfigure ng router kahit pa anong DSL provider sa pinas or sa ibang bansa pag nagawa mo iyon at na iset mo yung voip devise mo na magDHCP kahit pa static , dynamic ,PPPoE, Bigpond or Eutelia yung klase ng ip na provided ng kahit anong dsl provider sa ibat ibang bansa ….MAGAGAMIT MO OR MA COMFIGURE MO YUNG VOIP MO KAHIT SAAN MEANG GAGANA YUNG VOIP KAHIT SAAN GLOBALLY
Has anyone tried this? Nine cents a minute, cheap…but am skeptical about the quality.
http://freecallplanet.com/philippines.html?gclid=CK7ro-rplI0CFSCTWAod81M57A
I have been using yahoo, but they raised the rates recently. Used to be five bucks for a thirty minute call to a mobile phone. Now, it’s twenty cents a minute.
The voip solution may come later. I am just in the getting to know you stage right now.
Pedro,9 cents a minute?check it well, make surs it’s not a promo and always check the cell phone rate!
OXO, found this other alternative. Also cheap, about nine cents (euro) a minute which converts to about twelve cents (USD) a minute. Great quality, I can hear excellent and the people I have called have said that I come in crystal clear. I have called Ireland, Canada and Hongkong for free. I also have called Manila landline and cellphone with the rates quoted above. BTW, I live in Midwest US. One of the best features that yahoo doesn’t have is that I can transfer the call to my cellphone and the quality of the call doesn’t decline. I don’t think you can do this with skype? The charge to transfer is five cents (euro) per call.
I have also found a hack to this site, where my friends in Manila can call me for free. They registered using a US proxy IP and that seemed to work although only during a trial period. I figure this would also work if I gave them my username and password. Then the calls to my landline or cellphone would be free and the only thing they would need is a broadband connection and a computer.

The site asks you to buy ten euros worth of credit and with it comes free calls around the US and Canada plus these other countries…

So far so good…I called my lady friend in Bacolod and we spoke for forty minutes today. All was clear. She had no complaints. Cost to me was three dollars and sixty cents US. Good deal so far.
Pedro I’m from Midwest too. So your paying 12 cents/min.Hmmmm…sounds good, but I’m not concern about having a low rate, kno why?because you will still pay the same amount your paying every month.Well I’m looking for unlimited service, monthly fixed. So I don’t need to monitor my budget,Know what I mean?
Let’s do this together, help me out to search more.
OXO,
The other deals that I have seen offer unlimited minutes, but only to one line. Basically, whoever you’re calling gets a cellphone or a sim card, then your calls to that one cellphone is unlimited.
http://callpinoy.com/home/
On this particular one, plans start at forty nine bucks. I call too many people for something like this to workout for me. And the one person I call the most is just someone I’m getting to know.
The closest thing to unlimited to any phone in the Philippines is this offer
http://freecallplanet.com/philippines.html
Here, you get a thousand minutes for approx ninety bucks a month. That’s over sixteen hours of talk time. Comes to about nine cents a minute. And from the website, calls to cellphones are included.
I’m using voipcheap.com right now, and am trying to calculate my monthly cost to see if I should get freecallplanet instead. They do have another plan for five hundred minutes that I’ve mentioned in my previous post. Right now, it’s close. I pay about fifteen bucks a week for a little over two hours of talk time. My monthly cost is about sixty bucks. The other plan from freecallplanet is only fifty bucks and I would get more or less the same minutes, but there is a contract associated with the plan and I hate contracts.
BTW, there are no connection fees with voipcheap, their timer is true to the time you talk on the phone and the minutes don’t expire. No weekly maintenance fee either as far as I can tell. I have used several phonecards on the net, and from my experience, when they say thirty minutes of talk time, they normally mean fifteen. I can’t for the life of me understand how they can get away with such robbery.
One thousand minutes for ninety bucks seems to be the closest thing to unlimited, unless you can live with calling just one number, then there are several unlimited plans on the net.
Let me know if you find a better deal
Pedro and OXO pareho pala kayong nasa USA and you need ways to call philippines for FREE UNLIMITED using you land line phone or your mobile phone in the US…..Ill give you guys a teaser ….since familiar pala kayo sa freecall planet voicecheap etc na nag offering sa internet have you ever heard about a number in Iowa state where you can call the whole world for free and unlimited……….teka sasabihin nyo hindi ba yung freecallplanet yon? eh tapos na yung promo noon diba?………….DOON KAYO MALI!!! actually yung number na posted nila doon sa site noon nung promo palang ng freecallplanet ay hindi lang iisa, at yung ibang number mga 9 number yon // tatlo ay gumagana pa!!!! hindi nyo na makikita sa internet yung information nung mga number na iyon actually hindi lang mga freecall planet telco sa Iowa state ang nag offer noon napiltan lang tapusin nung ibang telco ang promo nila sa batikos ng ibang telco provider doon….I still have those number…. // another info I can share is how about 10 $ a month free and unlimited calls to 50 country (no mobile call) land line call only…sorry philippine not included or how about 5 euro for 1200 minute to more than 70 country per month including philippines…. or how about joining a napster type voip group that lets you use thier asterix server so you can call anyone anywhere in the planet basically for free the reason they do this is from the beattles song lyric “the love you give is the love you can recieve” tama ba quote ko?….the last time I visited the site ay covered na namin ang buong planet halos ! we even have access to katmandu in the himalaya…..all calls for free we can even make your cellphone make internet calls to anyone with voip connection around the world for free, iether with a similar mobile equip WLAN function , with a Voip hardware equipment or a voip softphone program on your computer…..
Five euros for twelve hundred bucks including the Philippines? Mobil? Can I use my cell phone? More info on this one please…my yahoo addy is baazoookaaa
thanks!!!!
Pedro,I’m still searchin.Do you find anything that we could use any phone here, cell or landline for unlimited? Kindly check,Efonica and OpenTone Comm.
CallPinoy is Ok na sana, pero Point to Point.
Sorry, I meant I am interested in twelve hundred minutes for five euros…I checked efonica and it’s eighteen cents a minute to a mobile phone in the Philippines. Open tone is another one where you can only call to one device and if not, then a call to a mobile phone is fifteen cents a minute, but it requires a subscription to their service.
Still, a thousand minutes for ninety bucks stands as the best deal, until jun tells us about the five euro deal.
jun, I’ve been investigating the Iowa number to call the world for free, and from what I’ve found it’s not exactly free. The Iowa area code 712 is the new 900 numbers, so there is still a charge for it. The operators for this get their money taking advantage of an FCC kickback scheme authorized via the Universal Service Fund. The charge to us is inexpensive, ranging from one cent to ten cents a minute. Cheap, but the feedback I’ve read so far is the quality is horrible.
Five euros for 1200 minutes to the Philippines, share the love bro
OXO, not exactly what we’re looking for, but this site offers unlimited calling from the Philippines to the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand for free
http://www.siliconscript.com/palcalls/faq.aspx
Unfortunately, we can’t use it to call the Philippine, so it’s only half of the solution.
WHICH is BETTER
**(A)a pinoy in the Philippines having a USA land line number or
**(B)a pinoy in the USA having a philippine number in the USA
ANO ang pagkakaiba at pagkakatulad
**both senario offer one way voice trafic//A can only recieve call from his or her US number, he CAN NOT make call using his USA number..same with B
**A is free(if you have the knowhow) while B is not
**B can only be had on a package plan
**A is free but you need to have a broadband connection in the Philippines(computer have to be connected at all times to recive calls otherwise it would defeat the purpose of having a USA telephone number)
**irrespective of who makes the call once the call gets connected its a complete telephone call
**kung gusto nung mga nasa abroad na MADAINGAN ng mga problema ng mga kaanak nila sa pinas piliin nila yung B kung gusto naman ninyo ng power to only call but cannot be called piliin nyo yung A…….
;/
Jun,Good point! In my case,What I really want is two way unlimited calling using any phone here in U.S. any suggestions? I don’t mind paying subscription, bcoz I travel a lot

Hi,
I’am a dealer of VOIP phone here in the philippines. We have usb, broadband phone and ata(analog telephone adapter). Monthly maintenance of the phone is only US$4.95. If you and your family have the same unit, you could avail of the unlimited calls. Or if your family have the phone here in the Philippines, they can call you at a very low rate. US rate is $0.019 only.
If your interested, please let me know.
Lala
lhpomer@gmail.com
Jen and Lala, the lowest cost call to the Philippines from the US right now is $0.012 per minute that includes mobile and landline calls from what we’ve found. I have been using it for about two weeks. The sound quality both ways is EXCELLENT, one of the best if not the best I have used to date. There is one cheaper for $0.09 per minute to any phone in the Philippines but it involves buying a minimum of five hundred minutes.
But ideally what we’re looking for is an unlimited plan to call ANY phone in the Philippines. No per minute charge, no one cell phone only, no voip equipment. Can you help?
Pedro is that a typo $0.012 I think you meant $0.12.. I’m also in the same boat as you and OXO. I’m here in the west coast. With the wifey travelling a lot around the Phils(sometimes not even a cell signal)it’s gotten a little expensive to call her. When she’s home I use our vonage but when she’s travelling I use startec – $0.129 call is clear but I wish there’s something cheaper or unlimited. How about a Phil number here in the U.S.(I know vodini offers one but lately they’re having problems with pldt)?
jun_j
erich, my bad. It’s twelve cents a minute.
I wish it were approx two cents, I wouldn’t be here looking for a cheaper solution.
I think the unlimited calling unfortunately is not out there yet. Unlimited to whatever phone I use to call any and all phones in the Philippines.
If you find something that can beat nine cents a minute to call a mobile phone in PI, please share it. Thanks!
erich, IMO, having a Philippine phone number here in the US is not cost effective. Reason why I say that is because right now with twelve cents a minute charge that roughly translates to about five pesos. From what I know, a local call in Manila cost eight pesos a minute. So having a local number has no advantage.
My suggestion to you is register for an unlimited calling service in the US. There are several sites that offer this. Give your wife the username and password. There are so many internet cafes all over the Philippines that when she travels, she can walk into one and call you as oppose to you calling her. Or to make it simpler, use yahoo. They only charge one cent per call in the US. Although, I’m not sure if the program automatically checks the caller’s IP location for a proper rate charge.
Good Luck
OK OK Reading from all your comments from the past post I would like to offer a solution (sana makatulong sa lahat)most of us like lowest calling rate yung iba gusto connectivity kahit sa cellphone anywhere in the philippines….actually WALANG GANITONG SERBISYO pa sa ngayon PERO may magagawa kayo technically to call ALMOST unlimitedly or Almost free sa pinas ……….may available bang hotspot or malapit ba kayo sa isang hotspot or wireless 802.11 location yung mga tatawagan nyo ba sa pinas may ganong access din or yung tatawagan nyo more than one person in pinas ?????……….Alam nyo ba yung tinatawag na WIFI phone? kahit na yung mga china made lowest ata from china source ay 75$ isa……or better yet how about nokia cellphone with WLAN capability …..ibili nyo yung tatawagan nyo sa pinas ng ganitong phone or pa comfigure kayo sa marunong mag program to point to point connection itong mga devise na ito using internationl gatekeepers to redirect your call via internet para walang gastos walang boundaries kailanggan lang pareho kayong connected sa hots spot ……..dito papasok yung may WLAN capable na cellphones halimbawa nasa mall ako malapit sa isang internet cafe na may libreng wireless internet connection ang gagawin ko text ko muna yung nasa USA na may WLAN capable cellphone na pumunta sa isang hots spot tapos pag nanduon na sya tatawagan ko na sya using my cellphone to make internet calls( iba ito sa regular telephone calling kasi doon sa cellphone mo bukod sa “number @kung anong server ka” ang dial mo let say 123456@yahoo.com tapos pag pinindot mo na yung call function nung cellphone mo makakakita ka ng selection (phone call/ fax send / internet call) select mo internet call at imbes na dumaan iyon sa cell site yung tawag mo papasok sa internet connection nung internet cafe hahanapin naman nyon yung isa pang tinawagan na number na naka connect din via internet saan mang parte ng mundo, at dahil pareho kayong connected sa internet via hot spot na libre walang bayad yung tawag nyo walang international boundary at walang limit sa HABA NG USAPAN ………only draw back eh kung palagi or malapit or accessible sa inyo ang wireless internet connection pero at least walang babayaran sa call………dami pa iba pero dito muna lets hear muna comments ……………:)
Good point Jun, walang unlimited call anywhere in the Phil. And I think its not gonna happen,Hey we’re talkin about the monster Telco sa Pinas like PLDT.They will not allow this.As much as possible, if they could kill all the Voip provider,eh,gagawin nila. Its way different compare here in U.S.
Even their DSL,I was surprised, small things like internet cable they porposedly used a different color, not following the standard, para malito yung mga subscriber na gustong gumamit ng VoIP.Another thing, bandwidth and speed, that they love to messed around. So you really not paying for what you paid for . . . PLDT myDSL(my DICK SUCKING LIPS)
I work for FreeCallPlanet.com and want to encourage you all to give us a try for your calls to the Philippines.
Just to clear up any misconceptions:
We have two plans:
500 minutes a month for $44.95
1000 minutes a month for $89.95
That works out to 8.9 cents a minute and includes mobile lines. If you go over those minutes, then we charge you at 14.9 cents a minute for additional minutes. Minutes don’t roll over from one month to the next.
There are no contracts. You can cancel at anytime without penalty, and if you cancel midmonth, we will keep your account open to the end of the month so you can use your minutes up.
We have found several reliable carriers to the Philippines, so our quality has gotten much better lately. While we are new to the Philippines, we do over 5 million minutes a month to India are not going anywhere.
Give us a try:
http://freecallplanet.com/philippines.html
Chris, although I have not tried it yet, it would seem that nine cents a minute is the best deal right now. Any thoughts in extending the minutes to make it more attractive? Say 1500 minutes for ninety dollars a month? Can you make calls online? Transfer it to your cellphone? Can you track your minutes online? I use voipcheap right now, and I think that’s a sister company of yours and they have a slick program to do everything I’ve asked above. For me anyway, making calls is simpler using their online software. Transfer the Philippines to the “Frequently Called Countries Zone” and I’ll sign up today!
BTW, five hundred minutes a month for forty five bucks recurring each month unless I cancel the service is a MONTHLY CONTRACT, no?
Is Digitel blocking VOIP? I have a US vonage adapter and it just stopped working. It was working for weeks, but 1.5 weeks back, it stopped working. I thought it was just my bad digitel broadband but I can’t get it to work anymore. Any ideas… Thanks.
can you use a VOip phone using smart bro???
Hey Damc, It’s been a month since you posted your question about your vonage not working, how is it now? mine’s been working perfectly on digitel for 3 months now already, no prob so far

Hello. I am from the United States, and I currently live in CEBU…I have been here for over a year. Well a few years ago back in the states I switched to VOIP, and I took my VOIP phone to Cebu with me, it works perfect, I call all over the US for FREE. People call me every day for FREE and we talk for hours. I use Smart Bro, and Smart Bro is even fast enough to use the internet at the same time.
I am in the process of starting a business selling these phones, along with other products here in CEBU and later in the rest of the Philippines. I am interested in finding people to partner with I would really like to talk to some of you about the ideas that I have.
Please email me at dragon@capitalactive.com.

Uy dami ng nag nagaalok as well as magaalok ng voip dito puro pa may babayaran na service all nakabase sa ibang bansa ……mga parekoy better check nyo muna current regulation sa mga voip provider na registered sa NTC….hindi sa sinisiraan ko yung mga gustong mag negosyo ng product ng mga company na nasa ibang bansa pero dapat lang siguro kung magagawa nilang magnegosyo dito eh kahit papaano may binabayaran silang taxes na napupunta sa ating kaban ng bayan …sa tantya nyo ba kung yung voip service sa Pilipinas naka base at inenegosyo natin sa let say USA papayag sila na makakuha tayo doon ng subscriber na hindi tayo mag paparegister sa gobyerno nila or hindi tayo magbabayad ng taxes?…..kung mag iintroduce dapat ang isang gustong magnegosyo dito ng isang technology service na naka base sa ibang bansa dapat lahat legal in philippine laws …ngayon kung hindi naman at for porpose lang to introduce the technology as showcase for prior registration ng business dapat LIBRE……………..
ngayon kung gusto nyo parin ng VOIP technology at nag aalanganin kayo about how to make it into a business check muna natin ang pwede sa mga balakin natin sa NTC …..
personally I make a side line doing voip set up for many company pero hindi ako kumukuha ng monthly sa kanila one time payment lang for devise purchase even with goverment entities naglalagay ako sakanila kung gusto nila sa server ng DOST doon ko sila nilalagay pero as Ive said hindi ako service provider meaning hindi ako kumukuha ng subscriber at iyon lang ang sinabi sakin ng NTC na pwede kong gawin pero kahit na ganoon nakakapag provide ako ng DID or direct inward dialing na LIBRE or kung hindi available yung number na libre I provide virtual number procurment sa ibatibang bansa or even peer to peer calls from other voip server….sa mga hindi nakakaintindi about VOIP it only means yung nagagawa ng ibang voip provider na nasa ibang bansa na service na MAY BAYAD nagagawa ko ng LIBRE……
Hello to all!
since we’ve been talking about voip here..i’d like to inform you that there’s a voip reseller here in phils. has NTC license and offers only $4.95 or around 250pesos monthly fee…call rate as low as .019 or around 1peso per minute for calls to US, canada,,,etc. other countries have higher rates though but still the lowest..
for interested parties email me at jn_peggy@yahoo.com
