Who wants some Gmail Paper?
Gmail Paper let’s you have your email on paper. I’ve tried Gmail Paper and am amazed by the creativity of the folks at the GooglePlex.
Every year, Google comes out with an out-of-this world idea which just blows me away! I tried Google Gulp two years ago (has it been that long?!) and the response was fantastic … and hilarious!

I’m kinda excited to try this gmail paper out. I’m interested to see how bad the ads are – or maybe they won’t be distracting at all. I’d love an invite to try this out!
I read in the comments in johnchow dot com that this service is the April Fool’s fun of Google. I’m not sure, is it true?
At first I thought it was a pretty stupid idea. Then I got to thinking….maybe it would be nice to have all those crazy photos printed and all the emails from my wife. People should keep those sorts of things.

This was an April Fool’s Joke from Gmail. Google itself has its own prank yesterday. It sure is tempting to have photos printed for free on high-quality glossy photo paper though. Read their “policies” for more info.
