    You Mandaluyong Branch did not took priority on my request. This a corporate phone number and we need this badly. We settled our account since last week, 18 September 2008.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    This is to inform you that as your subscriber, WE ARE NOT SATISFIED NOR HAPPY to what your system of activation is concerned.

    On September 18, 2008 we settled our account on landline number 02-5339624 to 29, on your Mandaluyong Branch Office. They advised us that it will be activated within 24 to 48 hours. Considering that this is corporate phone line, I requested that they should activate the line immediately. On friday 19 September 2008, I called your customer service to follow-up our line. The only thing they told me was, "Sir on process na po". I said "Thank you". At the same day, I dropped by to your business office and your customer service assigned to Mandaluyong Branch (Named Joy) was twice emailed the concerned personnel regarding activation. On Monday 22 September 2008, I went back to your business office to follow-up the activation. Same process, she emailed and check and told me that it is in the process of activation. I also called your customer service by dialling 171, and same result, "Sir on process na". And now Today, 23 September 2008, I dropped by again to your business center to follow-up the phone activation.


    UNTIL NOW OUR PHONE IS NOT ACTIVATED. THIS IS A CORPORATE PHONE NUMBER, WE NEED THIS TO COMMUNICATE WITH OUT CLIENTS.

    IS THIS THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS TO YOUR SUBSCRIBER?

    I AM HOPING THAT YOU READ THIS EMAIL AND DO ACTION ON THIS.

    I wish that this blog might read by the PLDT President... and somehow make some instructions to his employeeeeessssss in-chargeeeeeeeeeee....... to expedite the activation of our telephone line...
