I am inviting all Philippine-based IT-enabled services companies (e.g. call centers, business process outsourcing, animation, software, medical and legal transcription and engineering & design) to participate in a research project to study the competitiveness of the Philippine IT-Enabled Services (ITES) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Industry. This study is funded by the Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst (German Academic Exchange Service) and the University of Leipzig in Germany.

The study aims to find out how the Philippines can enhance its competitive advantage in the midst of strong competition in global outsourcing. Through your participation in this online survey I hope to understand how our government and private sector can work together to enable our ITES and BPO firms to grow and compete better in the international market. I hope that the results of the survey will be useful for your company and I hope to share my results with you when the research study is completed next year.
