I'm currently in California.

I'm looking for a someone to do a "YOUTUBE" like website for me. But on the low-end, low volume/visit type. Maybe 10,000 visits a day for starters.

This will FOR A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, and WILL NOT BE FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.

I'm outsourcing this because I'm a Filipino and I think I could save a lot of money with you guys.

Could you help me out?

I am not looking for an "Eastwood" or "Fort" type outsourcing, but a simple group of two or three who would work on this HOMEBASED project, and coordinate with my contact there in Manila.

This is NOT a scam or one of those "Nigerian/London" emails.

Do this for me please:
1. Give me a spec list. Remember this for a low-end, low volume viral video website.

2. Rough cost estimate of hardware and software needs.

3. Timetable. How long will it take you to make this happen? I need it ASAP.

4. I don't want to promise you the world, but if you do this, prepare to leave your mark in history.

5. I would rather pay you, than pay more for the software and hardware we need. Moore's law will make it obsolete. I hope you understand, this will be a professional relationship not a one-hit wonder.

6. You will receive compensation, through my contact in Manila, as long as the website is up. Feel free to negotiate.

7. You don't have to work full-time on maintaining the website. Just set it up, and have a college IT student maintain it. Instead of him/her working for Jollibee…

Lastly, I am not showing my face for security reasons for my family and loved ones. I am not a bad man. Once I have established that we can do business, my contact there in Manila will reveal my identity.

Bottom line, and spoken with all due respect, I need a techno geek to make this happen. With commitment, dedication, devotion.
