We are looking to find an individual that can take a Photoshop design mock-up and turn it into a cross browser compliant (Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox) Wordpress blog/CMS.

The Design is pretty straight forward, on average we find that most Photoshop to Wordpress integrations take about 12hrs to complete. Compensation for this project is 3,000 PHP, skills that you will need to have for this job are listed below:

- Hand coding (XHTML, CSS) please no Dreamweaver type generated code.
- Understanding of PHP and how Wordpress works.
- Ability to slice Photoshop design mock-up into a working website template.
- Cross browser compliance, we require that the design integration be both Mac and Windows friendly with special attention to IE6, IE7, Firefox and Safari.
- Can communicate in English, our tagalog is pretty weak.
- Experience with Jquery or extjs frameworks is an asset bit not required.
- Ability to work from home.
