BlackBerry opens Expert Centers in Manila, Cebu, and Davao

Showing their support to their loyal customers, BlackBerry rolled-out three BlackBerry Expert Center Authorized Repair Locations in the country for best-in-class after-sales support.


The new BlackBerry Expert Centers are situated at the following locations:

  • 2111 JAKA Center, Don Chino Roces Avenue cor. Urban Avenue Makati City

    Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 7:00pm
    Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm
  • 2F Robinsons Cybergate Cebu, Don Gil Garcia St. Capitol Site, Cebu City

    Monday to Sunday: 10:00am to 9:00pm
  • LA 321, 3rd level, NCCC Mall Mc. Arthur Hi-Way cor. Ma-a Road, Matina Davao City

    Monday to Thursday: 10:00am to 8:00pm
    Friday to Sunday: 9:00am to 9:00pm

At these centers, you can experience comprehensive after-sales support, no matter from which Philippine carrier or retailer they have purchased their BlackBerry smartphones. These new BlackBerry Expert Centers aim to deliver fast service and onsite repairs whenever possible, so that customers can retain their existing BlackBerry devices.

Now if they can’t immediately repair your device to the severity of the problem, BlackBerry will offer you a loaner unit. How’s that for service?

    FYI, they (at Jaka) would only accept registered BlackBerry products in the Philippines. I got my BlackBerry Z10 from Kimstore and unfortunately this was not accepted for repair.

    I have my bb z10 been using it for 5 mos. Upon upgrading to O.S 10.3 it shut down. It wont turn on now. Can you please help me? Badly needing your help.
