Dell Philippines held an launching event yesterday to officially usher the new Dell XPS 15 in the Philippines.
Touted by Dell as the “smallest 15-inch laptop in the planet”, the new XPS 15 has garnered numerous accolades thanks, in no small part, to its sleek aluminum body and gorgeous 15-inch InfinityDisplay which occupies almost the entirety of the notebook PC’s front panel, leaving only a tiny sliver of bezel on each sides and at the top that’s barely noticeable even at close range.
The other half of the XPS 15, where most of the action takes place, is as well-built as the top half. The entire surface where the 10-keyless keyboard, ample touchpad, and a spacious palm rest is covered in carbon fiber material which feels good to the touch and adds more premium appeal to the notebook PC.
Make no mistake though, this well-designed notebook PC is as impressive as on the outside as it is on the inside. Doing most of the workload for the XPS 15 is a 6th Generation Intel Core i7-6700HQ processor that can be paired to up to 16GB of DDR4-2133 RAM and an NVidia GeForce GTX 960M for added performance on the graphics end.
