The upgraded NEO Care Service is part of NEO’s commitment in bringing a world class technical product support to all NEO users nationwide. “The upgraded NEO Care Service is a collaboration of Improved Inventory Management, Upgraded Service Stations, Better Equipped Professionals & Quality Control Procedures”, said Mr. Gerson Sullano, NEO Care Customer Service Manager.
NEO has also been continuously providing their people with the relevant product and skills trainings to further enhance both their technical and soft skills. This, together with the upgraded service centers ensures the customers of a competent support staff and technicians and a hassle-free After Sales Service.
Moreover, customers can now also leverage on NEO’s online services to keep track of the status of their serviced laptops thru SMS Caster or thru their online tracking system, “œTrack My Service”. Users can also download their laptop’s drivers online via Driver Support.
