After May 2, the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be free on Smart’s Unli Data Plan 2000 with a 30-month lock-in period. With Unli Data Plan 2000, subscribers get unlimited LTE connectivity, 200 free text, and 150 minutes free calls to all networks.
At Smart’s Unli Data Plan 1500, it’s the lowest postpaid plan where you can get the Galaxy S4 for free. Rival telco, Globe, offers the same phone for free on their Plan 1799 with a 30-month lock-in period. However, they also offer the flexibility of availing it on lower or higher-tiered plans, including prepaid.
