Global smartphone brand Vivo enters the Philippine market. With the launch of their first Vivo concept store, Vivo promises to expand its influence in the realm of phones and gadgets.
The concept store, according to the company, launches at the same time as Vivo’s service center. Thanks to the launch of the V3Max and V3 phone series in the country, Vivo hopes that any concerns will go straight to the service center. But beyond that, the company wants a greater part of the market. Additionally, it hopes that the Vivo concept store acts a sign of greater things to come. The company sees this expansion as optimistic, and that soon enough Vivo will be a major player in the local market.
The Vivo concept store will be packed with Vivo’s present and upcoming product lineup. In addition, there’s a focus on the brand’s youthful image and commitment to innovation. SM Light Mall’s lower ground floor will serve as ground zero for the opening of the store. Not only that, consumers can also visit the store to talk to Vivo Product Specialists (PS). Vivo PS aim to help consumers with any concern. Be it regarding phone availability, specifications, or technical issues, the first concept store will also function as a service center.
Starting Tuesday, August 9, the concept store and service center opens officially. Vivo plans to expand across the country by opening more concept stores in the foreseeable future.
