Vivo has announced its partnership with PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Mobile (PUBG Mobile) by Tencent Games and PUBG Corporation as the title sponsor of the upcoming PUBG MOBILE Club Open 2019, one of the biggest mobile gaming tournament in the world today. With the partnership, Vivo will provide the official smartphones for the tournament.

The PUBG MOBILE Club Open 2019 will see players from ten regions across the globe battle their way through the Spring & Fall Split in order to bring home the total prize pool of $2.5M. The qualifying round of PUBG MOBILE Club Open 2019 begins March 22, 2019. The Spring Split Global Finals will happen in July this year. Meanwhile, the Fall Split Global Finals will follow in December.
Last year, the PUBG MOBILE STAR CHALLENGE 2018 saw over 230 million viewers all over the globe. It also drew in more than 5,000 live attendees at the global finals, which happened in Dubai.
