Seems like the tech guys over at Bidshot used some crappy word-filtering technology for their site. Even legitimate keywords are filtered out to the point that item descriptions can be rendered meaningless to the untrained eye.
Former Microsoft executive Dr. Kai-Fu Lee who was at the center piece of a non-compete bonanza between MS and Google, is now clear to start work for Google’s research and development center in China with the condition that “he does not use confidential information gleaned while he worked at Microsoft.”
Hovering underneath the eBay/Skype radar is Oracle’s purchase of CRM software maker Siebel Systems for $3.61 billion. This is Oracle’s second major purchase of a business software provider, the first one being PeopleSoft, which Oracle bought for $10.5 billion this year.
